Patrick Thomas has been promoted to Creative Services Manager at Potratz Advertising in downtown Schenectady.
Thomas’s new role will include managing the entire design team, workflow, and creative output. He will also be developing new ideas and procedures while working with all departments to ensure that the agency is putting out its best work on or before deadlines.
Patrick Thomas started working at Potratz Advertising 3 years ago. While he has always been a graphic designer, he is now taking on additional responsibilities and working with other departments. “I look at this promotion as an opportunity to stop and take a look at the bigger picture rather than focusing on what is just in front of me,” Thomas said.
Dan Allen, who recently hit his 12-year anniversary with the company, works very closely with Patrick Thomas. “Patrick is an extremely hard worker,” Allen stated. “He is very reliable and adamant about keeping the quality of our designs top priority.”
Patrick Thomas graduated in 2002 at the University of New Haven with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design.
