Bestpass, Inc., a company that provides single-source payment and streamlined toll management services to commercial fleets, has hired Maureen Pierce as Support Analyst and Dan Mathias as Customer Service Associate.
Pierce, a resident of Clifton Park, N.Y., worked previously as an Administrative Assistant/Counter Sales Associate for Alarmax Distributors, Inc. Her position at Bestpass will include processing violations, exception request, identifying trends in toll data and gathering data for special projects.
As a Customer Service Associate, Mathias will be providing top-notch customer service and ensuring that fleet accounts of all sizes are being properly maintained. Mathias received his Bachelors Degree in Political Science at The University of Tennessee and currently lives in Green Island, N.Y.
