April 4, 2017Attorney James T. Towne, Jr. to Serve on Board of Directors for Saratoga P.L.A.N., Inc.
Attorney James T. Towne, Jr., Principal and one of the founding partners of Towne, Ryan & Partners, P.C., has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for Saratoga P.L.A.N., Inc., a non-for-profit conservation organization dedicated to preserving the rural character, natural habitats and scenic beauty of Saratoga County.
As a member of the Board, Mr. Towne will help guide the programs and operations of Saratoga P.L.A.N. including annual funding, strategic planning and development, among other initiatives.
Commenting on joining the Saratoga P.L.A.N. Board, Towne stated, “This is a terrific organization which, for three decades, has worked tirelessly to ensure that Saratoga County’s fundamental rural character is preserved through open space initiatives and by the conservation of farmlands, woodlands and natural habitats in Saratoga County. I’m privileged to join this effort as a Board Member.”
Mr. Towne has decades of experience serving on not-for-profit boards for a variety of organizations locally, regionally and abroad in Africa that work to serve the interests of wildlife and land conservation.
