Potratz Advertising has promoted Regina Stracqualursi to Senior Performance Manager.
Stracqualursi now focuses on managing Potratz accounts, creating monthly resources for partners, hosting a monthly review meeting to evaluate strategies, and creating actionable items to make each strategy better. Additionally, she works on quarterly strategy brainstorms, identifying problems that Potratz clients may be facing, and creating realistic solutions for these problems.
“I’m honored to lead Potratz’s efforts in creating strong, innovative strategies for our partners,” said Stracqualursi. “I’m excited for the opportunity to work with such a dedicated team in order to help our partners grow.”
The Potratz management team has seen Stracqualursi’s motivation to get results for her partners. “Regina has excelled in her role as a Performance Manager because of her dedication to partner successes, attention to detail, and willingness to test new strategies,” Christy Potratz, CEO, stated. “She accepted the task of developing a new system of reporting across all Potratz partners.
