March 8, 2017Dr. Kansas Appointed Chief Medical Officer at Center for Disability Services
Maria Kansas Devine, M.D., was recently appointed Chief Medical Officer at the Center for Disability Services. She joined Center Health Care as medical director in June 2014. In her newly expanded role as Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Kansas will have the responsibility of serving all individuals who receive programs and services through the Center, in addition to those who seek health care at the non-profit facility. Dr. Kansas is a physician who is committed to providing integrated and comprehensive health services which enable the Center to serve the whole person and to include family members in the care plan.
As a family medicine physician, Dr. Kansas delivers primary care services at the Albany facility. She will continue to see patients of all ages and provide well woman care and health coaching. She is an American Academy of Family Physicians board certified family physician with more than 25 years of medical practice experience.
