Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP, the Capital Region’s largest law firm, proudly welcomes three new associates: Paul J. Buehler, Christine M. Carletta, and Max T. Lindsey.
Mr. Buehler of Delmar, N.Y., graduated from Albany Law School, summa cum laude, in May 2016, where he was a member of the Albany Law Review. In addition, he graduated with a B.S. in Human Development, from Cornell University. Mr. Buehler was previously a summer associate at the Firm and a legal intern with DuCharme, Clark & Sovern, LLP.
Ms. Carletta of Troy, N.Y., received her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville, Tennessee in May 2015. While at law school she served as the Editor in Chief of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. She was the recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship and the Robert L. Sullivan Scholarship. Graduating with high honors, Ms. Carletta received her B.A. degree from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. Most recently, Ms. Carletta served as a law clerk for the Honorable James C. Mahan in the United States District Court, District of Nevada in Las Vegas.
Mr. Lindsey of Altamont, N.Y., obtained a Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Albany Law School in 2015. Mr. Lindsey was an Associate Editor of the Albany Law Review and the Student Editor-in-Chief of the New York State Bar Association’s New York Environmental Lawyer. He was the recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship, Ruth M. Miner Memorial Scholarship and the Trustee Prize. Mr. Lindsey graduated, magna cum laude, with a B.A. degree in Political Science from Western State Colorado University. Mr. Lindsey was previously a judicial clerk and a judicial intern with the United States District Court for The Honorable Mae D’Agostino and a summer associate at the Firm.
