December 7, 2016Coldwell Banker Prime Properties’ Maribeth Duclos Surpasses $100 Million in Career Sales
Coldwell Banker Prime Properties announces that associate broker Maribeth Duclos has exceeded $100 million in sales, one of very few brokers with the company to reach this milestone. Maribeth has been a full-time real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties for nearly 15 years, focusing on new construction, single-family resales and commercial business sales and leases.
Maribeth got her start in real estate more than 20 years ago, working in the commercial and residential sales and management industry. She arrived at Coldwell Banker Prime Properties in 2002, quickly establishing herself as a leading sales agent. She has consistently been a top earner for the company, being named to the Women’s Council of Realtors Multimillion Dollar Club consecutively in the past 14 years. She is currently a top resale agent in the Loudonville area.
“Maribeth has worked tirelessly throughout her real estate career to achieve all that she has, and her reaching this level of success is validation of that,” said Ken Raymond, broker/owner, Coldwell Banker Prime Properties. “She’s an example to our other agents of what is possible in the local real estate market. We congratulate her on this career-defining moment and wish her continued success in the future.”
Ms. Duclos’ numerous industry awards include the Coldwell Banker National President’s Circle Award and being named to Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society, among others. She is a member of several professional associations, including the National Association of Realtors (NAR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) and the Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAR).
A lifelong resident of the Capital Region, Maribeth now resides in Latham with her growing family. Outside of her role at Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, she is an active participant in the community, giving her time to local charities and nonprofits, volunteering as a religious education teacher and scout leader, and advocating for senior care and independent living.
