October 13, 2016Bestpass Promotes Two on Communications Team
Bestpass, Inc., a company that provides single source payment and streamlined toll management services to commercial fleets, recently promoted Nick Crounse to Communications Manager and Nicole Ouellette to Marketing & Communications Specialist.
Prior to his promotion, Crounse was the company’s Marketing & Communications Specialist. Before joining Bestpass, he was the Assistant Director of Communications at Albany Law School. He also worked as an Assistant Vice President at Sawchuk, Brown Associates in Albany.
An Albany resident, Crounse graduated from the University at Albany with a bachelor’s degree in rhetoric and communication.
Prior to her promotion, Ouellette was the company’s Marketing Coordinator. Before joining Bestpass, she was the Director of Online Communications for Kariann Morris LLC in Ballston Lake, N.Y.
Ouellette earned her bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Oswego, where she majored in public relations and minored in business administration and marketing. She resides in Troy, N.Y.
