Janice McKay has joined Preferred Mutual Insurance Company as a Claims Specialist. McKay brings more than 25 years of insurance experience to Preferred, having most recently worked as a Customer Service Representative at a national carrier. In her new role, she will be responsible for processing liability bodily injury claims and litigation. McKay earned a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She resides in West Seneca, NY.
