Appolo Heating, a heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) service provider, has acquired the assets of Price Heating & Cooling, located in Lake Luzerne, NY. The acquisition was finalized with Sean Price, the founder of Price Heating & Cooling and a 16-year veteran of the HVAC industry. Mr. Price will join Appolo as a senior service technician, specializing in the residential and commercial HVAC marketplace.
Appolo’s purchase of Price Heating & Cooling follows a collection of acquisitions by the HVAC company in an effort to expand its service area and grow its customer base. Appolo Heating currently serves the Capital Region, Hudson Valley Region and Southern Tier Region, and employs approximately 130 people throughout New York State.

Price Heating and Cooling’s assets have been transitioned to its new parent company, and its current customers can continue to receive service through Appolo Heating.
