Siena College Launches New Website

Siena College has just launched a completely rebuilt website siena.edu designed with greater navigability to better share the Siena story with key audiences.

The year-long project was co-chaired by Mark Berman, Siena’s chief information officer, and Jason Rich, director of marketing and communications. The committee was comprised of the College’s three deans and representatives from enrollment management, development and external affairs, and student life.

The Baltimore-based marketing agency Fastspot was engaged as a creative partner in the redesign.

“The Siena spirit is special, and we needed a website that can capture our essence and articulate it for prospective students,” said Br. F. Edward Coughlin, O.F.M., Ph.D., president of Siena. “The new site matches our innovative nature and incorporates new technologies that are informative and navigable on all platforms.”

The homepage features the tagline “Saints Don’t Sit on the Sidelines – They Change the World.” There are five prominent portals that form a ground-breaking search function aimed at the College’s primary audiences: prospective students, current students, faculty and staff, alumni and friends, and parents and families.
