Community Bank N.A. Welcomes Commercial Banking Officer to Albany Team

Community Bank N.A. is pleased to announce Bob Bazargan has joined its Capital Region Commercial Banking team as vice president, commercial banking officer. Bazargan brings to the team more than 18 years of experience in the financial industry.

In his new role, Bazargan will manage new business with present and prospective commercial customers in the Capital Region. He will be responsible for providing business owners and investors with tactical solutions for their financing needs through personal and individualized service.

Bazargan joins the Community Bank N.A. team from Key Bank, where he served as commercial banking senior relationship manager responsible for portfolio management of commercial real estate and C&I banking relationships. Prior, he spent time with HSBC Bank in various roles.

Outside of the office, Bazargan is actively involved in his community and serves as a member of the SUNY New Paltz School of Business Advisory Board and Universal Preservation Hall board. In addition, he is a member of Kiwanis International and Leadership Orange.

Bazargan earned his Bachelor of Science in business marketing and his Master of Business Administration from SUNY New Paltz. He resides in Latham with his wife, Shawn-Amy, and their two daughters.
