The Talent and Inclusion Summit will explore new approaches and best practices that will help you elevate your organization’s talent and inclusion strategies. The half-day Summit will present keynote presentations on leveraging diversity to drive innovation and how creating an organizational culture where employees can do their best work is one that will have the greatest impact on results.
Workshops and panels will explore the areas of employing our heroes, engaging untapped human capital, hiring individuals with disabilities, and how to work across the generations in the workplace.
There are three (3) concurrent workshops to choose from. You will first select the workshop you would like to attend, then select your name on the next screen.
Space is limited for each workshop. Workshops are from 9:15 – 10 a.m. and the topics include:
-Workshop A: Hiring our Heroes: Veterans Excel in the Workforce
-Workshop B: Second Chances: Ladder to Success for Ex-Offenders
-Workshop C: Mobility, Cognitive, On the Spectrum or Other: Putting All Abilities to Work
