Staff, local officials and Chamber Ambassadors took part in the recent ribbon cutting of Brookdale Niskayuna, a senior living facility formerly known as Wynwood Niskayuna, located at 1786 Union Street in Niskayuna.
“Although we have been a Brookdale community for several years, we are very excited about this name change” said Heather Mancini, Executive Director of Brookdale Niskayuna.
“As a Brookdale community, you know the people who work here have a passion for helping seniors and finding them solutions to their lives. Our associates have always provided exemplary care for our residents and that will not change. We are proud of the care we have provided at Brookdale Niskayuna in the past, and look forward to continuing to provide and elevating that level of care in the future as part of the Brookdale family” added Mancini.
Brookdale, headquartered near Nashville, TN is the nation’s largest operator of senior living services, with approximately 1,500 communities in 46 states. Brookdale operates independent living, assisted living, and dementia-care communities and continuing care retirement centers.
