August 25, 2015The Point Restaurant & Lounge to Host Event to Benefit Three Local Charities
The Point Restaurant and Longe is hosting their first Cheers for Charity event benefiting Twill, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Join The Point Restaurant and Lounge on Thursday, September 24 from 6:30 to 10 p.m. for a little friendly competition between three charities as they battle it out as “celebrity bartenders” while education consumers on their respective charities. There will be a $10 donation per person per table added to the bill, which will grant customers 3 drink specials, one from each charity, and a vote. At the end of the night, the charity with the most votes will receive a donation of 10% of all same-day proceeds. Additionally, the two runner-up charities will also receive a donation from the collected $10 per person donation. Along with the charities, DJ Trumastr will providing music.
All ages are welcome to attend. Must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Customers are highly encouraged to call the restaurant to make reservations at 518.729.5383.
