April 16, 2018Sheila Tahmin Named Director of Human Resources at LCS Facility Group
Sheila Tahmin of Patterson, N.Y., has been named Director of Human Resources at LCS Facility Group.
As Director of Human Resources, Tahmin serves as a strategic business partner to the leadership of LCS Facility Group by providing support to the company’s executive team regarding human resources-related issues and initiatives. In her new role, Tahmin also oversees the development of HR policies and procedures, and acts as “Recruiter in Chief,” championing and managing the sourcing of talent to meet the Company’s needs.
Tahmin comes to LCS with a strong background in employee relations, organizational development and recruitment. Prior to joining LCS, Tahmin served as a human resource consultant for Charter Communications. Her previous work experience also includes Honeywell Consumer Products Group, Pepsi Bottling Group, IKON Office Solutions and Natural Markets Food Group.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tampa, Tahmin relocated to New York. Since then, she has served in a variety of roles with top tier organizations – gaining the employee relations experience and management skills necessary for her new role as Human Resources Director at LCS Facility Group.
