Pavilion Grand Hotel ‘Elevates’ The Travel Experience with New Loyalty Program

The Pavilion Grand Hotel announced today the launching of their new customer loyalty program elevate!. The Program was created to offer incentives for business and leisure travelers and reward those who keep coming back for the boutique hotel’s luxury experience.

The ‘Elevate’ program was designed to seamlessly blend business travel and leisure experiences and includes exclusive amenities, custom programs, personalized service, and exclusive advance booking windows.

“At Pavilion, we are elevating the travel experience for our business and leisure guests alike,” said Susanne Simpson, General Manager of the hotel. “elevate! is a program that rewards our guests that make Pavilion Grand Hotel their only hotel destination in Saratoga Springs.”

The loyalty program consists of three different tiers, cerulean, noir, and platinum. Some offerings for members include special room and meeting space packages and complimentary offerings from Pavilion Square partners like Fish at 30 Lake and Make Me Fabulous Spa and Salon, which are located inside the hotel. As a privately owned boutique hotel, The Pavilion Grand can also tailor guest experiences designed around their specific needs which adds to the appeal of the elevate! program. The loyalty program is based on a points system where guests can graduate to higher levels of benefits the more points they earn.
