Vicki Richardello, General Manager at Waubeeka Golf Links in Williamstown, MA, announced today that Mark Mills, for 20 years the head chef and Director of Golf at Waubeeka, will be returning to back to the golf course after a 3 year leave. Mills, 55, was a highly regarded chef who started in the business under the tutelage of Dave Lewis, one of the best known chefs in Berkshire County.
Mr. Mills will run the Food & Beverage Department at Waubeeka beginning April 1. Waubeeka is one of the most highly rated and regarded golf venues in the state of MA. Located on Route 7, Waubeeka is 45 minutes from Albany, N.Y.
