Linium Recruiting, the Capital Region’s leading professional staffing agency serving industries ranging from IT, science and engineering to health care, accounting and sales, announced today that it has been named by Forbes to its list of America’s Best Recruiting Firms 2017.
Linium was ranked 101st nationwide in Forbes’ listing of America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms. It is the only staffing firm in the Capital Region to make the list.

Forbes worked with analytics firm Statista to rank the nation’s best recruiting companies in two categories: professional search and executive search. Using trade organizations and company databases, about 4,000 recruiters were identified in each category. Then, an online survey engaged 18,000 external recruiters and 3,500 job candidates, employees and HR managers who have worked with recruitment firms over the past three years. Each interviewee could name up to 10 recruitment firms per category, and the companies that received the most recommendations were ranked the highest.
This is the second national recognition received by Linium Recruiting this year. In February, Linium won the prestigious Inavero’s Best of Staffing® Client Award for providing superior service to its clients, which is given to fewer than 2 percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada. Presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, Inavero’s Best of Staffing® Client winners have proven to be industry leaders in service excellence based completely on the ratings given to them by their clients.
