On Friday, May 12th, The Capital Region Chamber along with Ambassadors, local elected officials, family, friends and staff celebrated the official grand opening of The Glass Tavern in Glenville, NY. Although they have been open for a few months they never made it official with a ribbon cutting. Chris Evans and Bill Socha, partners in the restaurant, opened their second location in Glenville, NY. The restaurant has a unique atmosphere created from local materials and the menu is nothing shy of perfection. They have enjoyed rave reviews since they have opened. The unique atmosphere and attention to detail is like the original restaurant the pair purchased in 2015 in Punta Gorda, Florida. We hope the eclectic menu yields years of success to the partners.
