Former Law Clerk for NYS Attorney General Joins Tully Rinckey PLLC

Tully Rinckey PLLC is pleased to announce that Nicholas Pedersen, Esq., an attorney who was formerly employed by the New York State Office of the Attorney General, has joined its Labor and Employment Law Practice Group.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Mr. Pedersen worked as a law clerk at a number of highly regarded law practices and institutions, including both the Albany County District Attorney’s Office and the New York State Office of the Attorney General. Within the Real Property Bureau, he supported the Assistant New York State Attorney General with a range of pressing duties, to include presenting research to the Department of Transportation. More recently, Mr. Pedersen has worked on researching complex real property and matrimonial law issues.

Mr. Pedersen joins Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Labor and Employment Law Practice Group, which includes the former chairman of the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), among other distinguished colleagues. With coast-to-coast office locations and robust information technology infrastructure, Tully Rinckey PLLC can represent federal employees, service members, veterans, and government contractors anywhere in the world. The firm also has decades of expertise aggressively and affordably representing private sector employees who have been victimized by the federal and state labor law violations of their employers.

Mr. Pedersen earned his juris doctorate from Albany Law School of Union University. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University at Albany where he graduated cum laude and majored in sociology and minored in criminal justice. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section and the Young Lawyers Section.
