August 17, 2016Easter Seals “Wins 4 Kids” Event Raises More Than $15,000 for Camp Colonie
The staff at Shenker Russo & Clark were proud to sponsor the seventh annual “Wins 4 Kids” event at the Saratoga Race Course to celebrate the accomplishments of the Easter Seals New York community. The event raised more than $15,000 to help expand the work at Camp Colonie.
For more than 20 years, this recreational and educational summer camp has provided a unique experience for children with disabilities. Richard Lauricella, COO of Shenker Russo & Clark and State Board Member of Easter Seals New York remarked, “It was an exciting and inspiring day. I was proud to see so many people come together to support the important work that Camp Colonie does to meet the social, developmental, and educational needs of children and young adults throughout the summer.”
Guests at the Saratoga Race Course event were treated to a beautiful day, great food, networking and, of course, horse racing live at the rail. Donations to support Camp Colonie can be made online through the year.
