Chez Nous Celebrates Their Recent Opening With A Ribbon Cutting

Chez Nous 1 12 16Chez Nous, 707 Union Street in downtown Schenectady celebrated their recent opening with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Capital Region Chamber. Joining Heather Chestnut to cut the ribbon were her husband Andy, along with staff, family, friends and local officials.

“Heather and I were both raised in the Schenectady area and as we spent time together in France we both realized that sharing our love of all things French, especially the food and fine wines, opening a French Restaurant in Schenectady would be a great way to give back to the Schenectady community” stated Andy. “We offer exquisite French food in an intimate atmosphere. We use only fresh ingredients and farm raised products. We will never use frozen or canned ingredients. We are committed to sourcing the highest possible percent of our ingredients locally, and our menus will change seasonally to reflect this goal. Chez Nous means “our home” in French and when you are here you are home. You can expect a wonderful dining experience with exceptional food, an inviting atmosphere, attentive service and comfortable seating to make you feel at home” added Heather.

Chez Nous is open Tuesday through Saturday beginning at 5pm with a last seating at 9pm.
