BSNB Announces SUMMIT Employee of the Year

Ballston Spa National Bank (BSNB) announced that Paulina Grinnell, relationship manager at the Malta office, has received the 2017 SUMMIT Employee of the Year award. At a recent employee meeting, BSNB President and CEO Christopher R. Dowd recognized Grinnell for her exceptional dedication to customer service and the bank’s core values.

“In the relatively short time since Paulina joined BSNB, she has worked diligently to care for our customers, mentor her staff, and make a positive difference in the community.  She has embraced our core values and worked tirelessly to uphold them,” said Dowd. “Paulina has become a leader of the organization by the example she sets and the way in which she conducts herself with genuine concern for our customers and staff as well as honesty, integrity and determination.”

Grinnell joined BSNB in 2015 as a personal banker. She was promoted a short time later to relationship manager at the bank’s Malta location.
