April Hicks has been promoted to the global role of Sr. Manager, Talent Management at SI Group. Having been with the company for two years, April has had a tremendous impact on building SI Group’s capabilities in talent development, succession planning, and early career programs.
In this new role, April will provide leadership in the development of talent processes, systems, and programs related to leadership development, knowledge transfer, and mentoring to drive engagement throughout the organization. April will also continue to provide the oversight and direction of early career programs, including internships and the company’s Graduate Development Program.
