On December 5, the Chamber, joined by local officials, Ambassadors and others celebrated with Harmony Mills of Cohoes. The grand opening of Albany Lofts at One Broadway took place with a ceremony and ribbon cutting. This is one of many complexes Harmony Mills has opened by restoring and adaptively reusing historic buildings in and around Albany County. With 145 Manhattan-style apartments, these new lofts set the bar for luxury in the Capital Region.
