What You Still Need to Know About NY’s Paid Family Leave Law

A practical approach to compliance and administration of paid family leave 

A team of local professionals have come together to answer some of the many outstanding questions regarding NY’s new Paid Family Leave Benefits Law effective January 1, 2018.  The team will use a practical approach to review current information and supply information on how to administer the new law safely and effectively.
Objectives for this workshop include:

• A legal overview and answers to common legal questions
• An insurance overview and updates to how paid family leave insurance works
• HR role in administering paid family leave policies and procedures.
