The Inclusion RevolutionMay 16, 2017
11:15am - 1:00pm
Presented by the Women’s Business Council
A few years ago, inclusion meant ensuring equal representation related to gender, ethnicity, race and sexual orientation. But today, driven by the large numbers of millennials in the workforce, inclusion has come to mean something different.
Increasingly, employees are calling for cognitive inclusion and diversity (CID), or the full acceptance of the whole person and his or her unique set of attributes and perspectives within the organization. It is a blending of different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives within a team.
Diversity inspires creativity. Is it time for change in your workplace or organization?
